Representative Matters and Clients – Public Agency Focus

County of Riverside: Assisting the County with the condemnation necessary for infrastructure improvements.  Provide counsel and assist the Facilities Management Department with the condemnation required to develop county facilities.

Orange County Flood Control District: Providing special eminent domain counsel to the District to assist in acquiring property for the Santa Ana River Mainstem/ Prado Dam Project.  The District is partnered with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Flood Control Districts of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties on this project.

Representative Matters and Clients – Land Use & Water Rights

Indian Wells Valley Water District: Providing special litigation counsel to the District in multiple actions involving rights to groundwater in the Indian Wells Valley Groundwater Basin, including a comprehensive adjudication of the Basin.

Orange County Water District v. Sabic Innovative Plastics US, LLC, et al.: Represented Accurate Circuit Engineering, Inc. in a complex environmental litigation matter involving dozens of defendants who may have contributed to the release of chemicals of concern from their respective properties, leading to groundwater and subsurface contamination in the South Basin Area. Mr. Wang assisted with discovery matters and assisted with settling the matter for his client.

Hot Rods v. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp.: Represented Northrop Grumman in ongoing litigation involving an environmentally compromised property and the alleged damages stemming from environmental cleanup and related issued.
