Upcoming Speaking Events
Murphy & Evertz’ Partners To Speak at 26th Annual CLE International California Eminent Domain Conference
Murphy & Evertz managing partner John C. Murphy will co-chair and speak at the upcoming Annual CLE International California Eminent Domain Conference to be held in Anaheim on February 8 and 9, 2024. Mr. Murphy will speak with partner Emily Madueno, and they will provide a case law update on developments in the law of eminent domain and inverse condemnation during the past year. Mr. Murphy and Ms. Madueno are scheduled to speak on Friday, February 9th.
Another Murphy & Evertz partner, Jennifer Riel McClure, will also present at the Conference. Ms. McClure will be discussing unique challenges in eminent domain actions. She is scheduled to speak on Thursday, February 8th.
